Auto Insurance Policy Renewal by Allstate

After assessment the Insurance Department asserted that Allstate and another company, Liberty Mutual, broke down state law when they used auto insurance for renewing the policies of all the homeowner. It also announced an immediate good buy to the practice. Insurance Superintendent Eric Dinallo has called the companies practices a form called “consumer correction.” The state mentioned Allstate for the practice and also set a public hearing date for 19-09-07. State officials cancelled the hearing, but they are busy in discussions with Allstate about resolving the issues raised in the citation. Allstate spokeswoman Krista Conte issued a statement that affirms the company’s belief that it did not violate state law.

And a city called Modesto includes in the top five cities where people loose their car. Modesto Assistant Police Chief Mike Harden said “We think these types of demonstrations are very helpful because persons typically think it’s not going to happen to me and unfortunately it does happen to people.” According to the Modesto police around one thousand cars have been stolen in the city, Modesto. To avoid this disaster people should be observant and careful. They should get a good insurance policy which will cover theft also.
